He will need some training to temper that strength or he will be pulling you over the hill and 'round the block! Boxers are loyal and obedient and eager to learn. They love to have a yard to romp in. They are generally good with kids. His former owner said he's good with kids of all ages. They had to move and didn't have a yard for him. He LOVES to play fetch and I guarantee that you will wear out before he does! If you have cats, this is not the dog for you.

Poor little Bandit came to the Nevada County Animal Shelter in a horribly emaciated state. He has been at Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic and he is scheduled for an ultrasound and consult at Loomis Basin. The vet at Loomis Basin thinks he has a thickening of the pyloric antrum which is the muscle that controls the movement of food from the stomach to the intestines. The ultrasound will be $365 and the consult is $110. He will need surgery to correct this life threatening condition. The surgery will cost $2500. Sammie's Friends pays for the vet care of the shelter animals. We need help with this very large bill.

What a cutie!! Tiger is an adult male boxer mix.
He is current on his shots.
Tiger took some very serious pictures for such a happy, licky, wiggle-butt kind of guy!
Outside of his photography session, he always has a smile on his face!
Tiger has been getting along with other dogs, and so far, has not been reactive to cats.
Tiger has a very boxer-ish body-big ribcage, small waist, docked tail, and a big head.
The best of both worlds!! (By the way, the boo-boo on his cheek happened when he was blindsided by another dog-he was the unsuspecting victim)
